This policy describes how Pen Point Technologies (“Pen Point,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit www.penpointtech.com or any of our product pages, submit a form, request samples, or purchase a machine. Our products are sold to businesses; this site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

When you fill out a contact, support, or pricing form we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company, your message, and — if you request free handwriting samples by mail — the shipping address you provide. If you purchase a machine, payment is processed by Stripe on Stripe’s own pages; we never see or store your full card number.

Like most business sites, we collect standard analytics and advertising data: pages visited, referring site, device and browser type, and campaign parameters attached to the link you arrived on (such as UTM tags and Google click identifiers). We store those campaign parameters in your browser’s local storage so that if you later submit a form, we can tell which ad or search result brought you to us. We use cookies and similar technologies from providers such as Google for measurement and advertising attribution.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, provide quotes and demos, ship samples, fulfill and support machine orders, honor warranty coverage, send occasional marketing emails you can opt out of at any time, and measure which advertising actually produces real customers so we can waste less of it.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our business — website and database hosting, our CRM, email and workflow tools (for example HubSpot, Zapier, Google Workspace, Mailchimp, Slack, and Stripe) — and only so they can perform those services for us, or where required by law.

We keep lead and customer records for as long as we have a business relationship or a legitimate need to maintain them (for example, warranty coverage on a machine). Data is stored with reputable providers using industry-standard security controls, and access is limited to our team.

You can opt out of marketing email via the unsubscribe link in any message. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you — email sales@penpointtech.com and we will handle it promptly, subject to records we are required to keep (such as completed transactions).
