Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of www.penpointtech.com and your purchase of products and services from Pen Point Technologies (“Pen Point,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you are using the site on behalf of a company, you represent that you can bind that company.

The UniProd handwriting machine is listed at $14,995, which includes the equipment and coverage described on our purchase page. Online payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s own terms. All orders are subject to confirmation and availability; we may correct obvious pricing or listing errors before acceptance. Rental and fleet arrangements are quoted individually and governed by their own written agreements.

Every machine purchase includes our 3-year full-coverage warranty. Sales are final — our complete policy, including warranty terms, the wrong-item exception, and our buy-back program, is in the Return & Warranty Policy, which is part of these terms.

Our machines and software are sold for lawful business communication. You are responsible for how you use them — including compliance with mail, marketing, and consumer-protection laws that apply to your campaigns, and for having the right to reproduce any signature or handwriting you load into the software.

The site, our product designs, software, handwriting font library, and content are the property of Pen Point Technologies or our licensors. Machine purchases include a license to use our software with your machine; they do not transfer ownership of the software or fonts, and you may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer them.

Content on this site — including specifications, throughput figures, and case results — is provided for general information and may be updated as our products evolve. Except for the express warranty that comes with a machine purchase, the site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pen Point is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to that claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
