The Product
Engineered down to the stroke.

01 — Build
Industrial robotics, refined.
The same machine, running flawlessly fifteen years from now. That's the engineering bar we build to.
Every part is purpose-built — designed, refined, and field-tested in production environments where reliability isn't optional.

02 — Scale
Runs unattended.
Load 500+ sheets or 150+ envelopes, press go, walk away. Writes for hours without a touch.
The output of 5 full-time handwriters. Zero payroll. Zero management.

03 — Authenticity
Indistinguishable from human handwriting.
Up to 15 randomized variations of every letter, applied independently to every piece.
Handwriting technology built over 20 years. Two pieces written back-to-back look individually hand-addressed.

04 — Legacy
Proven at scale.
500 million+ pieces written. Over 20 years of engineering. The most reliable handwriting machine on earth.
Built, tested, and refined in production environments where reliability isn't optional.
How it works
Three steps. Then it writes on its own.
Step 1
Drop in your list.
Export names, addresses and details from Excel or a CSV file. Autograph, the software included with every machine, turns each row into its own personalized piece.
Step 2
Pick the handwriting.
Choose from 40+ styles made with our proprietary font technology, or the custom font of your own handwriting that comes with every new machine. Each letter has 5–15 versions, so no two pieces match.
Step 3
Load the stack and walk away.
Load 500+ sheets or 150+ envelopes and press start. Come back in a couple of hours to finished pieces, stacked in order in the catch tray.
Why the feeder matters.
Many desktop handwriting machines and pen plotters are fed by hand. Someone loads a sheet, the machine writes it, and someone loads the next. The UniProd feeds itself, so it keeps writing while your team does something else.
Hand-fed machine
- Loads one sheet or envelope at a time
- Someone has to stay with it
- Stops writing when the operator steps away
UniProd
- Loads 500+ sheets or 150+ envelopes at once
- Runs unattended for hours; one person keeps up to 40 machines going
- 100–110 envelopes an hour on a three-line address

Watch it work
The UniProd in production.
What powers it
Hardware, software, and font technology — engineered together.
The Machine
Our handwriting machines—also called autopens, signature machines or automatic writing machines—replicate real pen-written text with minimal human effort. Scale a personal touch.
The Software
Built for operators, not tech teams—upload lists, personalize messages, and launch campaigns in minutes from a single dashboard.
Font Technology
No robotic strokes. No duplicates. Our font engine randomizes every letter, connector, and angle. Notes that look—and feel—like they came from your hand.
The Software
The software is the advantage.
Every UniProd runs Pen Point's proprietary software suite — designed, developed, and supported in-house for over twenty years. It isn't licensed. It isn't white-labeled. It isn't available anywhere else: cutting-edge handwriting replication and autopen software that only ships with our machines.
It's the same software behind campaigns for the largest nonprofits in the world — along with hundreds of small and large businesses that mail with it every day.
Explore the full software suiteHandwriting replication engine
5–15 variants of every letter, randomized connectors, spacing, and angles. No two pieces ever match.
Variable data at scale
Upload a list from Excel or CSV — every record becomes its own personalized, handwritten piece.
40+ fonts, plus yours
40+ handwriting styles made with our proprietary font technology, plus custom fonts built from your own handwriting or signature.
Built and updated by us
One team makes the machine and the software. Updates and support included — no third-party anything.

Never the same letter twice.
Circled: the same letters, pulled from one card. The replication engine varies every character as it writes — which is why recipients can't tell it from human handwriting.
From the owners
Machines that earn their keep.
The reviews below are about the thing that matters most after the demo ends: how the UniProd performs month after month.
“These handwriting machines have revolutionized our client acquisition. We've scaled up to 5 of them and produce 10's of thousands per month.”
“They were super easy to do business with… I submitted a question to their tech support, and they responded to me within minutes! This thing doesn't skip a beat. It's awesome.”

Before you buy
Questions buyers ask.
Yes. The elevator holds 500+ sheets or 150+ envelopes and feeds itself until the stack runs out or the job finishes. Finished pieces land stacked and in order in a catch tray that holds twice as much.
Up to 110 envelopes an hour on a standard three-line address, with nobody watching it. At continuous operation that is up to 16,500 envelopes a month. Longer messages take proportionally longer, at about two characters per second.
Yes. Use any pen you like: ballpoint, gel, marker, fountain pen, even a pencil. A basic blue ballpoint gets the best response, because the slight ink inconsistency is what makes handwriting read as human.
Sheets from 3 × 5 in up to 10 × 15 in, any standard unpadded envelope, and paper from 60 to 300+ gsm, from sticky notes to heavy card stock.
No. Every style is built from real handwriting, with 5–15 versions of each letter placed at random on every piece. Two pieces written back to back look individually hand-addressed.
Yes. One custom font of your handwriting is included with every new machine. You fill out a short sample packet, and our team traces every letter by hand to build it, in about 2–4 weeks. Additional fonts are $2,500 each.
As many as you need, at no extra cost. Autograph runs on Windows and comes with every machine. Build a job once, save it as a template, and send jobs to the machine over WiFi or by USB.
Three years of full coverage: parts, labor, shipping, accidental damage and replacement. Same-day help by phone, email or Zoom, a Zoom session where our team builds your first job with you, and phone and email support for the life of the machine.
It is in stock, ships within 48 hours and arrives in 1–2 weeks. It comes in two pieces and takes about 35–60 minutes to put together. Around 90% of customers are writing the same day.
Yes. Renting is $1,000 a month with unlimited pieces, plus a $1,000 setup fee and a 3-month minimum.
