The UniProd is a handwriting machine. Many people know the same machine as an autopen: it holds a real pen and writes letters, envelopes and notes in real ink. Whichever name you use, the rental is the same, and you rent directly from Pen Point Technologies with no dealers in between.
Renting is simple. There is one plan: $1,000 a month for unlimited pieces, with a $1,000 one-time setup fee and a 3-month minimum. Billing starts at delivery. The software, 40+ handwriting fonts, training and remote support are included.
Leasing for a fleet or an enterprise works differently. Those orders are quoted to your operation, based on your volume and locations. Send the form at the bottom of this page and a member of our team will come back with options.

No. The rental is unlimited. You can write as many pieces as you want each month for the same $1,000, with no per-piece fees.
Yes. Give 30 days' written notice to end your rental. Every rental has a 3-month minimum from the start, so the end date cannot fall before the minimum is over. After the minimum, the rental continues month to month until you end it.
By the last day of the rental, the machine must be ready to go back to Pen Point in its original shipping box and foam. We either pick it up from you or send you written return instructions. Keep the box and foam for the whole rental.
The machine remains Pen Point's property at all times. You may not transfer it to anyone else, modify it, tamper with it or move it to another location. You may be charged for damage caused by misuse, negligence or unauthorized modification. The charges are set out in the rental agreement.
