1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Uniprod handwriting machine. We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. However, due to the nature of our product, we have a strict no returns policy, as outlined below.

 

2. No Returns

All sales of the Uniprod handwriting machine are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for this product. Once the product has been shipped or delivered, the sale is considered complete and cannot be reversed.

3. 1-Year Warranty/Maintenance Plan

Every purchase of the Uniprod handwriting machine comes with a 1-year warranty/maintenance plan. If your machine is found to be defective or malfunctions within this period:

a. Defective Product: We will replace or repair the machine at no additional cost to you. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

b. Replacement: In the event of a defect covered by our warranty, we will replace the machine. However, this replacement does not entitle the customer to a refund or to cancel the original purchase.

4. Exceptions to the No Returns Policy

The only exception to our no returns policy is if the wrong item is delivered:

a. Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product.
