Introduction
At Pen Point Technologies, we are committed to delivering high-quality handwriting machines and ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Please carefully review our strict no-returns policy below before placing your order.

No Returns
All sales of our handwriting machines are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once a machine has been shipped and delivered to the customer.

Warranty & Maintenance
We don’t take machines back, but we do keep them running. While a machine is under warranty, we support it by phone, email and Zoom, cover parts and repairs and accidental damage, and swap in a replacement machine when a repair won’t fix the problem. When a warranty ends, extended coverage is available for purchase.
Warranty coverage and its length are what we offered on the date of purchase; for a new UniProd today, that is three years. The full terms, limits and exclusions are in the UniProd Warranty and Maintenance Coverage.
A replacement machine under the warranty does not entitle the customer to a refund or cancellation of the original purchase.

Buy-Back Program
While all sales are final, we stand behind the long-term value of the machine: Pen Point offers a buy-back program for qualifying UniProd machines. If your needs change down the road, contact our team and we will walk you through current buy-back eligibility and terms.

Exceptions
In rare cases where the wrong item is delivered, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the machine.

Policy Updates
Pen Point Technologies reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
